1. Course Introduction
It’s time to get creative with arpeggios!
In this course, we will look at some fresh, exciting arpeggio concepts that will add a new dimension to your soloing. We will cover sliding arpeggios, string-skipping arpeggios, ‘tasteful’ sweep arpeggios, ‘false’ sweeps and bebop-inspired arpeggio ideas.
There are countless licks to learn, as well as 4 fully transcribed solos, featuring tab, standard notation and Guitar Pro files. There are also neck diagrams to expand your fretboard knowledge as well as two backing tracks to play along with.
In this introductory lesson, we familiarise ourselves with major 7, dominant 7, minor 7 and minor 7 flat 5 arpeggios in a number of positions, all over the fretboard. Please refer to the 12 diagrams for a more detailed study.
